Common questions
- Do I need to connect every channel on day one? No. Start with the highest-volume channel, confirm orders and inventory look right, then add the next channel.
- Can I use demo data before connecting a live store? Yes. Demo data is the fastest way to preview dashboards, orders, products, and AI workflows without touching production channels.
- Which Shopify permissions are required? CENTED needs read access for products, orders, inventory, fulfillments, and customers; write access is only required for workflows you explicitly enable.
- How does Etsy sync work? Etsy sync uses OAuth access tokens for each seller shop and signed webhooks for marketplace events.
- What does Printful need? Printful needs a connected store token and product catalog access so fulfillment status, mockups, and tracking events can be reconciled.
- Can I bring my own LLM key? Yes. Admins can save tenant-owned provider keys, validate them, and switch providers from AI settings.
- What happens if an AI provider is down? Shared AI routes return a typed degraded response and avoid silent mock fallthrough in production.
- How are AI costs controlled? CENTED records token and cost usage per run today; hard budget stops and admin budget controls are milestone hardening work.
- How do I invite my team? Use Settings > Team after onboarding. Keep owner/admin access limited and use scoped API keys for integrations.
- Where do I send product feedback? Use the in-product feedback entry points where available, or use Contact Support with page, tenant, and workflow context.
- Is CENTED collecting payment on the pricing page? No. The milestone pricing page is informational and routes pilots to sign-up or contact flows.
